WBCN MUSIC SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
Radio station WBCN accepts new music submissions via CD either dropped off or mailed to 83 Leo M. Birmingham Parkway, Boston, MA 02135 attention Music Director, Dan O’Brien. MP3’s generally are not accepted. Music Promotion Representatives can present music at a open music meeting which takes place weekly on Monday’s from 10am until 3pm. Persons can present music on a first come first serve basis.
WBCN ADD POLICY FOR NEW MUSIC:
Radio station WBCN adds new music to the play list through listener requests (emailed and phone), local audience music research, regional/national building stories, and by judgments of the music committee consisting of WBCN Music Director: Dan O’Brien.
WBCN LOCAL MUSIC INFORMATION:
WBCN airs “Boston Emissions” which is a 2 hour local music show each Sunday night from 10p-12mid featuring local New England artists. CD’s are accepted at WBCN 83 Leo M. Birmingham parkway, Boston, MA 02135
