The Boston Sunday Review is a two-hour public affairs program that airs every Sunday, 7AM-9AM. This program covers issues that are of concern to people in the Boston area. The host of the The Boston Sunday Review, Mat Schaffer, schedules guests to discuss these issues on this program and makes this responsive opportunity a great program for the people of Boston.
Strut For Strays
The Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society’s 13th annual Strut For Strays three-mile walk will take place on Sunday, June 8th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bartlet Mall in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Come and enjoy great music and food, and support MRFRS’s free and low-cost services for locally owned and feral cats and kittens. Pets are welcome and the event will take place rain or shine. MSPCA Walk for Animals!
Calling all animal lovers: join the MSPCA at the Walk for Animals on Sunday, September 7th at Borderland State Park in Easton. Walk for a great cause and learn how you can help the homeless and abused animals of the MSPCA while enjoying dog agility exhibitions and Canine Good Citizen trials, plus all kinds of contests including a photo contest, Best Costume and Fastest Chowhound. Feed the Children
During its 29-year history, Feed The Children has grown into one of the world's largest private organizations dedicated to helping hungry and hurting people. Rally Against Cancer
Dustin Pedroia could be heading to your school or office. Join him and Rally Against Cancer to help the Jimmy Fund strike out cancer. Start a team today at Rally Against Cancer dot org. Pitch in $5 for the Jimmy Fund and wear Red Sox gear to work or school when the World Champion Red Sox take the field at Fenway for the home opener on April 8. Pedroia will visit the top fundraising teams. Proceeds benefit cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Go to Rally Against Cancer dot org. Teams must be within a 2-hour drive of Boston to win the Pedroia visit. Team totals will be calculated at 11 p.m. on April 8.
